Return Instructor Training
We’re excited to bring Welcome Back sessions back on snow for the 2023-24 Season! Please read this page for information pertaining to RIT
All Returning Instructors are required to attend BOTH annual trainings:
1) Return Instructor Training (RIT) - KSRS Day event - On Snow
(1 day - roughly 5-6 hours total)
2) Welcome to Winter Orientation - Company-wide evening event - Indoors
(1 evening - roughly 2-3 hours total)
Attending these trainings each year ensures that you have the skills needed to lead great lessons, and to help keep you and your students safe all season long. You will also be given updates and pertinent information regarding company policies and changes.
All required training is PAID. Failure to attend may result in a unfavorable year-end evaluation with supervisors.
If you cannot attend, it is your responsibility to reach out to your managers to let them know of a conflict. We will do our best to make indoor training available online or as a recording.

However, ALL PAID TRAINING will be done using the clinic sign-in sheet for the 23-24 season. Make sure all required training is done using this sheet.
